We have had a very exciting day today here at Stibbington exploring everything to do with rocks, soils and fossils.
We went for a exploratory walk around village on the hunt for different types of rocks in the local environment! We became “rockstars” whilst we learnt about the three different types of rock and how they were formed. In the afternoon we tested rocks for permeability then went on a trip back to the beginning of time thinking about evolution.
The children’s’ enthusiasm for learning and exemplary behaviour has shone threw. The have represented Barnack fantastically and should be very proud of themselves.
