In Year 6, we have quickly picked up from where we left off last half-term. We have already dissected our new curriculum question for this term (How does adversity inspire courage and creative possibilities?) and started to discuss adversities that people from different walks of life have faced and the steps and characteristics that enabled them to overcome their challenges. In addition to this, during our Forest School sessions, we have been using tools to practise different whittling techniques as we work towards a whittling masterpiece later this term.
