Year 4 had a fantastic time at the Jorvik centre and DIG site on Tuesday, they went on a ride to travel back in time to the Viking villages, dug for artefacts and learnt about looters, traders and raiders. They’ve used all of this knowledge to create an amazing explanation text based on the Viking raids.
