As part of our learning on survival and Bear Grylls, we went to Fineshade Woods for a "survival day".
We enjoyed bug hunting, den building and lighting fires! We also had an opportunity to examine animal bones and skulls, and identified what animals they were based on the bones we were looking at. It was a great day and it was fantastic to see the children applying their knowledge on survival practically!
